Carlie’s Angels is our bodybuilding team representing Heart & Core Training Studio, founded by Carlie Young in 2013. Carlie, a powerhouse in her own right, brings a wealth of experience to the team as a current IFBB Figure Pro and a former modeling instructor.
With a distinguished background that includes co-directorship of prestigious pageants like Miss Idaho USA, Miss Idaho Teen USA, Miss Utah USA, and Miss Utah Teen USA, as well as directing the Venus Model Search, Carlie's expertise in fitness and aesthetics is unparalleled.
Under Carlie's guidance, Carlie's Angels embody a spirit of determination, discipline, and dedication to their craft. As a team, they train relentlessly at Heart & Core Training Studio, pushing boundaries and sculpting their physiques to perfection.
