This Sunday, we’re gathering for a powerful Full Moon Soundbath as we move into one of the biggest energetic shifts of the season.
The Full Moon, Mercury Retrograde in Cancer, and Chiron moving into Taurus are all bringing us into a deep space of reflection, healing, and coming home to ourselves.
And yes… this is big movement energy.
Cancer season is asking us to return to the heart.
To the body.
To the places within us that are ready to feel safe, held, nourished, and supported.
Mercury Retrograde in Cancer invites us to slow down and review the stories, emotions, family patterns, memories, and communication loops that have been living beneath the surface.
This is a beautiful time to ask:
What am I ready to feel differently?
What old emotional pattern is ready to shift?
Where am I being invited back into softness, safety, and self-trust?
And with Chiron moving into Taurus after a long cycle through Aries, the healing becomes even more embodied.
Taurus brings us into the body, our worth, our resources, our sense of safety, our ability to receive, and the places where we are ready to feel more grounded from within.
