Youâll be guided into a lying-down breathwork journey, eyes closed, supported by carefully selected music and frequencies that allow your nervous system to unwind and reorganize naturally.

Ashley Taylor brings a grounded, deeply embodied presence to this work.
With over 15 years in wildland firefighting and aviation, Ashley understands firsthand how chronic stress and high-pressure environments live in the body. Her path into somatic healing and personal development grew from lived experience â not theory.
As a:
- Certified Soma+IQ⢠Breathwork Practitioner
- Master Practitioner & Integrative NLP Coach
Ashley creates safe, steady containers for nervous system reset and embodied awareness. Her work gently guides people out of chronic survival mode and into coherence, clarity, and self-trust.
She has a rare ability to hold depth without overwhelm â and to help people feel truly safe in their bodies again.
